Despite having a heritage-rich name, the identity lacked cultural depth and recognition.
EXECUTION
We built the brand narrative around its origin legend where drunken animals led to the discovery of the Himalayan treasure, Yartsa Gunbu. Illustrations and cultural motifs brought the story alive across collaterals, transforming Yarchagumba into a luxury brand grounded in nature, mythology, and Nepali pride.
